He also realizes how motivation is desperately needed in the work place and GCPDE plans to invest it’s time in impacting workers to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
At the beginning of Summer 2010 while in Graduate School at UT-Brownsville, Emmanuel received a call to do an internship from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) specifically with the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in Maryland and Washington DC area. PEPFAR is the single largest global response to a disease. It was launched by former President George W. Bush in 2003 with bipartisan support. This plan continues to change lives.
